We are starting to take a lot of pictures.

I know it has been a couple of weeks since we posted, but the upside is that we have a lot of new pics.
Here's a nice one of our nascent family unit.

Maggie goes back to work this upcoming Thursday, so we're all in for a big change. However, we're gonna get some help from Mag's mom, and then we'll both be on spring break for a few weeks. Anyhow, we hope all is going well for everybody.

Hello everybody! Just wanted to keep you all updated with plenty of pictures. Uncle Mack and Aunt BB came over to see Elke yesterday. It was a pretty good visit.

Hello everybody. Elke is doing pretty good. We've had a rough week or so. Elke was sick and didn't want us to sleep through any of it. But she's getting better now, and we're all sleeping pretty good at night.

Visit from Grandma Kitty

Grandma Kitty came and stayed with us for a couple days this week. I think we all did a pretty good job of keeping her awake at night.

Kittitas County's First Baby of 2008!

It turns out that we had the first baby of 2008 in our county. As a result we are on the first page of the Ellensburg Daily Record! We also won hundreds of dollars in gifts and prizes from the community. Here is a link to the article: First Baby Is a Girl! They got most everything right, but we were disappointed to see that they made a mistake where it counts the most--they screwed up the grandparents' names. Most notably, they neglected to include Grandma Kathy.

Other than that, we just want to thank everyone for their support and love. We wish you all could see little Elke in person, but we're sure you all will in time.
